I take it this is for the calendar install at your client's place? The only calendar materials we have are the calendar pages on our site. Our executive overview contains some more general information about the company, though its a bit dated. As for instructions, these are contained in the calendar FAQs which can be found on the About Tab of the calendars and online.

It would be a nice addition to your product if you would have a short and simple movie which explains your calendar. I think it is very easy to use and quite logical. But nevertheless would it be helpful.
