Hi All,

As you may have noticed, we've had some trouble with out (former) hosting provider over the last 4 days. This culminated in an outage yesterday requiring us to switch providers: something long overdue.

Unfortunately, we had to roll the support forums databases back to a backup from the end of April and thus we lost a number of posts that we made during the last few days. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

I really enjoy the questions and responses I see on this forum and regret loosing these. I hope folks will repost questions they're still interested in. Thanks for your patience over the last few days.

To ATS. They do specialized hosting for ecommerce sites. They'd done some consulting for us in the past (Fabulous!) and when this last crisis wasn't getting resolved, it was pretty clear that the time had come to move everything over to them. Really excellent customer service.
