Hi,
There two general approaches here. The first is to swap out the contacts from one of our Pro calendars for the contacts in your solution, making our appointments table a child of your contacts. You can find instructions for doing this kind of thing here:

The second approach is to take one of our simpler calendars which doesn't have a contact's table in it and teach it that each appointment is the child of a contact in your file. You can find some notes about this here:
