How to import excel list of names and e-mails to seedcode

Last-Name
First-Name
Email
Player-Name
URL
There are around 91 names on the list.
I would like to import the info for each of the people into my seedcode contacts. I am a total beginner on this, and have no idea where to begin, other than the fact that I realize I will need to add some new fields, and re-name some of the fileds in my excel sheet, or on my seedcode contacts template.
