This maybe very elementary, but can the scroll wheel scroll within a single record instead of all records?

Just want to confirm, that I understand it correctly: You haven't found a solution to stop the scroll wheel changing records instead of scrolling within a record up and down on Windows?

I have read in other forums, that hiding and locking the toolbar does the trick, but obviously loosing all the other functionality isn't good.

I was hoping you have got a nice solution for it, but looks like not.
