Value List from another file

I am using FileMaker Pro 7. I have two tables A and B (both are in different database files : A.fp7, B.fp7). In the table A i have some fields(empid, name, age) and in the B table i have fields like empid, martial status, salary,..... I want to create a value list which show all the values in the table A's empid field. I formatted a field in the table B to show this value list. This works fine in FileMaker Desktop enviroment, But it is not working in IWP. I haven't set any relationship between these two tables.
