I've just downloaded the demo for the Scheduling Edition. I'm mostly interested in being able to schedule appointments in several rooms. In the Schedule layout, navigating from one day to the next and back again takes between 8 and 11 seconds (timed). Even showing/hiding the Status area takes 3-4 seconds compared with less than a second in other files. Is this to be expected?

I'm using FM8 and have another database (also in that navigates quickly between records.
