Good afternoon:
We recently purchased File Maker Pro 7.0 to keep better record of our contacts.
Having a little bit of trouble with calculating membership fees. Currently I have the database set up with a drop down menu for the different types of members. I also have a radio button for if a member is a statewide member. If a member is a statewide member the membership dues increases and this is where I run into a little bit of trouble
For example if a non-profit organization is a member, dues = 100
If non-profit is also a statewide member, dues should equal = 150
Instead I get an answer of 100150
Right now I'm using the If (test, result1; result2) equation. Should I be using something else?
Thanks in advance for your help and could possibly e-mail you the set up if that would make my question more clear.
Thanks
Heath

Heath,
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I'm not sure what would cause what you're describing: feel free to email me a copy of the files ([email protected]) and we'll figure out what's going on. John Sindelar
