hi,

Can anyone help me with changing the colors and layouts?
I know they have to be changed in the settings table but how can i edit their contents??

Not quite sure which colors you mean, but here are some thoughts...

The layouts themselves are just like any FileMaker layouts: you can grab the background objects, unlock them, and change their fill color layout by layout.

The appointment colors are stored in a table you can find on the Types and Colors section of the About tab.

The graphics we use on our layouts (button shapes, logos, colored borders, etc.) are stored in global fields in an interface table you can also find on the About tab. As long as your database isn't being hosted you can change those globals to make interface changes. Take the database down from the server first if it is being hosted.

yes im trying to change the interface field contents. But i cannot get rid of there current data. for example the if i want to change the print icon clicking on it will take me somewhere else and pasting files into it again doesnt change its content. how can i change it's content?

Visit the interface section of the Admin tab where the fields containing these icons are exposed. There you can enter the interface fields and paste in new content. Sorry for not being more clear about that.

No you are being very clear its i that i need to get it precisely.
I have two of your versions, one pro and one the free.
on the pro version as you said on the admin tab i perform that you said.
but if you want to change it on the free version there is only the about tab that has a similar function. If you can, how canu u change their values or on free you cant?

Changing the graphics is the same in free and Pro. Both have an interface section on the About tab. If you can't find it, email me a copy of the file and I'll take a look (john at seedcode.com)
