Is there any way to change the default calendar description for all Subscribe calendars from "SeedCode Subscribe FileMaker Calendar Publisher" to something of my choosing ?

You would have to edit the iCalFM.phar file, which we don't recommend. I'm not sure the program would work if you make any changes in that file. If you're going to try doing that, make sure you have a reliable backup of the original files to revert to if necessary.
