We are a public school district that uses FileMaker for our special education student records. We are looking for a calendar product that will allow 4 users to access one calendar for purposes of scheduling appointments with students. Currently use iCal, but only one user can input appointments and the other 3 subscribe and read only. Will this calendar product work for us??

Absolutely. CC Calendar is completely multi-user. You can share one set of appointments among your users, allowing each of them to add, edit, and delete appointments. You can read more about how to do this here.
