We seem to have records disappearing from our calendar. I've tried to track them down, assuming that someone had just changed something so that they weren't appearing in the right places (which has also happened), but they're just gone. There is no common thread between the missing appointments that I've been able to discern.

We are admittedly running an old version, because we've made some minor mods and the window during which we can safely upgrade keeps passing by and we have to wait another semester or two to try again. We will upgrade this summer, really, we will.

CC Calendar Pro Scheduling Edition v 2.61
Server: FMPro Server 9v2 on Mac OS 10.4.11
Clients: FMPro 9v1 on Mac OS 10.4.11 for the most part
Approximate number of appointments in db: 21,000

This does not seem to be happening in any of our other FM databases.

Sorry to hear that! I'm afraid I can't help without knowing more about what's going on. Feel free to call if you'd like to discuss this further. Sounds like you've confirmed that they're being deleted as opposed to being edited; that's a good start in troubleshooting.
