Is it possible to use something other than a user's initials in the new appointment value list to select users? For the project tracking database I am building, the customer would prefer first name and last initial in the list instead of just initials.

You can modify the value list to be anything you want by simply entering different information into the initials field for each user. (In the calendar, click on the "Users" section in the About Tab.)

So, if I enter "J. Sindelar" instead of "JS" in my user list you'd be all set.

We use initials because there is not much room for anything else on the week and month views.
