I ran into something odd though. For each portal line that the appointment took up it shows a small colored square. I've included a screenshot. Is this normal?

Nope, that is not normal. I'm not sure what's causing it though. Send me your file and I'll check it out. Also, are you using a Mac or Windows?

Hi Illyssa. Run the "Load Calendar Graphics - alternate" script. That should cause the color object to appear as a vertical bar, and unfortunately that's the best it gets on Windows. Sorry it isn't better news. -Jeff
