Hey Guys,
Just wondering if it was possible to have one event show up on multiple calendars ?
I need my events to show up on a multitude of calendars :-
-Users Personal Calendar (if assigned)
-Vehicle Calendar
-Potentially an Area Calendar (East or West Europe Calendars).
Is something like this going to be hard to achieve ?

Hi James,
I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to, but you can tag an event with multiple resources. Here's some information about that: http://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.p ... .Resources Be sure to read the section at the end called "Can I have multiple resources per event?" This information about filters might also apply: http://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.p ... 12.Filters Let me know if that helps. Jeff |

Think I may have confused two products here, what I'm actually talking about is related to the google calendar syncing.
I'd like each resource to have its own google calendar, and also for each event to be posted to multiple google calendars dependant on factors like attendees, and region. Is this possible ? James |
Hi James,
You can create different Zulu calendars based on one field in the events table, so each resource having their own is easy. If the filter needs to be based on multiple fields then you need to figure out a way to combine them into a single field that can be used as a filter. Using an auto-enter or script trigger works for this. You can't use a calculation field as all Zulu fields do need to be editable. We've got some more details including some movies on filtering here: http://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.p ... .Filtering Let us know if that helps, -Jason |

Thanks for the help Jason, just trying to get off the ground with the calendar, but I'm sure I'll be purchasing the sync package in a few days !
