I would like the "More" tab to show up automatically (instead of the "Basic Entry" tab) when creating a new appointment or editing an appointment.

Enter layout mode and navigate to the Mini Window Edit Appointment layout. You'll see a small square field to the left of the Basic Data Entry tab. Select and unlock this field (Arrange / Unlock ) then cut it form this position. Click on the More tab and paste the field in the more tab to the left of the "M" in more.

That's it.

You can also accomplish this by deleting the "Basic Data Entry" tab.

If you do delete the basic entry tab - to be consistent, you should also delete the equivalent tab in the layout: Mini Window Show Repetitions
