contact address field

Sometimes I need to send a letter to an organization without a contact name. Whenever I try to set up a template in the mailing section and use the contact address field, it automatically puts the organization name twice in the address.
It looks like this

Organization Name
Organization Name
123 Main St.
Anytown, USA


Any ideas on how I can get around this?

Sure. In the address section of the contact's record, you'll see a check box to include the company name and/or the contact name in the address. Uncheck "contact" and you should be all set. You can see if this works by clicking the "preview" button to the left of the address label.
