Company Contact Info

Hi John,
I've got some large companies I work with and several contacts at the same company. The contacts all have the same address at the company so I'd like to be able to link them and have the company address show up in the new record. It looks like it should do this automatically (the company phone number shows up in the new record) but the address does not. Any suggestions?

Sure. Once you have the contact linked to a company, set the "mail to" value on the contact's record from "Primary" to "Company" meaning "mail to the company address" and you'll be all set.

You can even change the auto-enter value for this field (ContactFlagMailToAddress) to be "Company" instead of "Primary" if you'd like.
