I am not sure if I missed reading something but I am trying to export my calender to a .ics file and it is only exporting source 1 nothing else. Any suggestions?

The script "Export Found Set to iCal { SourceNumber }" can export any 1 source at a time: if you've created a new list layout for each source you likely just need to send the Source No parameter to that script. (I'm looking at your filter issue now, btw.)
