Hi John, sorry to bother you, but I can't figure out how to control the visibility of the green arrow that "jumps to a contact" on Events.

I've added a second contact (the booked artist) on events with new fields and an "_id_Artist" for the artist... but the button to jump to that contact record only becomes visible when the original contact is filled (now called the Venue contact).

I've searched the button formatting and I've tried to see the conditional formatting but the conditional formatting pull down menu selection is greyed out when I select this object. How are you controlling the visibility of these green "jump to contact" buttons? Thanks. -Charlie

Hey Charlie,

No bother at all! The button is surrounded by small portal which only evaluates to "true" when there is a related contact. You likely already have a second relationship for this second contact, so use that relationship for the portal around this second button.
