Hey Guys,

Is there an easy way of modifying views in the calendar, I had a quick look but it seems that everything is stacked on top of each other layout wise ?

You'll have to forgive me if there is an easy solution to this, I'm a little bit of a novice when it comes to filemaker, but pretty happy to hack away !

I'm trying to add a portal I think to the gantt chart view, so that I can list resources used next to the project title on the left hand side. How hard is this going to be to do ?

Hi James,

Working with the layered fields on the calendar portals isn't hard, but you do have to be precise, and you have to know what to watch out for. Here's a helpful video on that subject:

You say you want to add a portal next to the Gantt chart. Do you mean in the sidebar area? That's no problem. Unless you're saying you want to put another portal inside the existing Gantt chart portal... that wouldn't work.
