We've seen cases where ISPs routinely block port 25. If you are having problems sending emails out of fmSpark due to connection errors (-037), try changing your port settings to 465 or 587.

Your ISP may have a special port for outbound emails too, check with them in case these port numbers don't work.

So the work around. I buy all domains from NO-IP.com

I use there mail services for my server here in the office. all is working using their SMTP service.
