The headers on one of the emails look like this:

Subject: Another week - another Sailing School picnic! (Saturday Aug 15)
Date: Sun, 9 Aug 2009 21:16:00 -0500
As you can see, the time zone used in the Date header is one hour different from the one in the Received header. The one in the Received header is correct.
Is there a setting in fmSpark that we can use to fix this, or does it need to be fixed in the software itself? While it's not a big problem, it does cause Thunderbird to mis-sort messages, which can get confusing.
