No. Not like you can with CampaignMonitor, etc. Now you could include images or code in those emails that had Google Analytics tracking them, but that isn't really the same thing.

fmSpark is best for when you need to merge a lot of data from FileMaker into your mailing. If you just want to merge "Dear <firstname." at the top of a newsletter, commercial mailing services may be a better choice, especially if you have thousands of recipients.
