I´d like to know if one can customize this application to launch something other than the Calender utility (launched when one clicks on the "New" button). Specifically, I´d like for the application to launch our reservation form and display certain fields from this form in the calender, such as rm # and Name. I suspect this can be done, but wanted to confirm before purchase. Thanks,

Sure. You can remove the utility from the process so that clicking on an existing appointment takes you to your solution and creating a new appointment also take you to your solution (pre-filling the date you were on, for instance).

The calendar also comes with a FAQ that will provide instructions for replacing our Appointments file with one of your own.
