Cannot register

I've reinstalled Zulu, but still can't get it to run in Demo mode. Whenever I restart the publishing engine it still gives the 'expired' message.
Any clues?

Hey Kid,
We did discover a registration bug in Zulu 1.25. We now have 1.251 available for download which addresses this issue. Please upgrade to 1.251 and let me know if this resolves it.

Thanks for the quick response. I already tried that I'm afraid. I downloaded the new installer, uninstalled the previous version and installed the new one. Same problem.

When I uninstall and reinstall, then go to sync admin, the details of the Filemaker file and Google account that I set up previously are still there. Therefore I assume that there are some other files that the installer is not removing. Where are these located? I'd like trash them manually and see if that will resolve the problem...

Hey Matt,
What you see there is just cached from the previous session. You do probably want to hit the link for "Delete Sync Data" but that shouldn't affect the registration problem.
When you uninstall Zulu you do need to stop the wpe. If it wasn't, that could be causing the problem.
Can you get to the page <youripaddress>/zulu/register/ and register there? We have had an issue where since the form is persistent, people register twice, and that has caused issues, but usually restarting the wpe and then registering once corrects the issue.
At this point I'd stop the wpe, uninstall Zulu, reinstall Zulu and then start the wpe again and try and register (once) then. The error logs you sent are showing "Demo Mode Expired."

Just to let you know that I took a punt and purchased a license anyway. This seems to have cured it because it is now registering and running ok (notwithstanding my other post!)
