Outlook read-only calendars - how?

A quick question - in order to subscribe to read-only calendars in Outlook, is it necessary to sync FM to Google first? Or can I just publish the calendars and use the .ics provided by zulu?
Many thanks
Guy

Hi Guy,
We don't recommend accessing the .ics stream directly from Google. It does appear to work, but there seems to be an ongoing issue with things refreshing on the Google end that we don't have any control over.
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/C ... 6923&hl=enWe think the best way to do this is to set up the Google Sync with an "Admin" Google account and then share it out as a read only calendar from there.
hth,
Jason

Thanks Jason, just wanted to clear that up. Would have been simpler for my solution with just publishing and subscribing (I work on a mac so can't easily test outlook) but won't be a problem to sync with google first.
Cheers
Guy
