Duplicate Node IDs error in gCal sync?

Hello All,
I was able to get the Zulu to sync properly, but all of a sudden I received this error:

Sync failed: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Hub ID 20 is now mapped to node ID 200000761 instead of the old node ID: 200000760. It is incorrect for a hub ID to point to different node IDs within a SyncJoin. This could potentially be caused by duplicate node IDs / primary keys.

Any ideas on what could have caused this?

Thank you,
-Justin

Hi Justin

We do see this if you have duplicate primary keys (unlikely) in your events table, as we use this field to map to the equivalent event in Google. It can also happen when a calendar list record is deleted without deleting the corresponding calendar in Google or vise versa.

If Web Publishing is stopped for some reason and the Zulu Auto-Sync is still running then this can cause the issue as well.

It does a require a Google Reset to fix as you can potentially end up with duplicate events:

Is it possible that one of those issues I mentioned might have happened?

Thanks Justin.
