I created five calendars in Filemaker by mapping three tables, and adding two filters on one of the tables. All of these tables sync file with Google. The script "Load Source's Filemaker Fields" allows me to enter one table name to populate the Zulu Calendar, so in Filemaker I can see events only from one table. How do I get all of my mapped tables onto the Zulu Calendar?
Thanks,
Christopher

Hi Christopher,
We actually have some documentation on multiple calendars. Check out the section called "Additional Calendars from Different FileMaker Tables": http://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.p ... eCalendars Hope that helps, Tanner |

Thank you for the link to the documentation. Here are the steps I performed.
I created three new layouts from the ZuluSampleEvents layout mapping the three tables I want to add to the calendar. I created four records in the ZuluCalendarList table for each of the three mapped layouts plus one additional record to filter one of the tables. I published the three calendars. I synced with Google. All four calendars were successfully updated. The problem I am having is when I look at the calendar in Filemaker, I see the events from only one table. The events I see are from the table I specified in the "Load Source's Filemaker Fields". How do I get the Filemaker Calendar to load events from the other two tables that I mapped and added to the ZuluCalendarList table? Thanks, Christopher |
You will need to add additional sources to the calendar to get them to show up. You can read our documentation on how to accomplish that here:

Thank you for the documentation. The reason I have not been able to see multiple calendars in Filemaker is because I have been using the free Calendar to test the iCal Server, and that calendar does not have a sources tab and can display events from only one table.

Thanks for the update, good to know that you found the problem. Sounds like it might be time to purchase the Pro Calendar
