Zulu not working after power outage

Hi, I'm needing some help restoring zulu after a power outage. Filemaker is back up and running and I restarted the web publishing engine. Everything seems to be working except my zulu calendars.
I also can't access the zulu admin page.
I've tried restarting the filemaker server as well as rebooting the entire server machine. Neither has worked.
More info, I'm running Filemaker 12 and updated zulu in april of this year so it's a fairly new version.
Is my next step to uninstall and reinstall zulu or is there anything else to try first?
