Hi,
I have completed the integration except for editing the script in the mobile file called "Zync - Is a new version permitted"
The documentation mentions adding 'Branches' but there are no examples of how to write them, can somebody give me an example as I have lots of layouts to add.
Thanks
Brian.

Still stumped by this, searched the forums and Google but can't find any specifics about adding a branch to the blank section, desperately need a clue here...

Hi Brian,
This script is for checking if there are un-zynced records in the Mobile file. If there are, then it prevents the file update as the un-zynced record changes will be lost. We don't have any examples of this as the layouts are specific to each mobile file, but the basic gist is that you repeat the highlighted block here for each table you want to check: hth |

Thanks Jason, I thought that was what it needed so I tried that earlier. The script saves ok and I Prep and Upload the mobile file to my iPad as usual and then install the latest updates without any issues.
However, when I go to Zync any of the layouts, the following error appears: Error: -2 Missing the "LayoutName" Parameter Script: "Get Fields { FileName } (LayoutName; LayoutTableName)" I've tried looking for a "-2" error code but without success, all the integration steps are lit up with a green tick so I'm not sure where to start looking to fix this... Thanks Brian. |

Could you clarify something for me?
I have 5 Layouts in my mobile file/app but 31 TO's in each of the GoZync relationship windows. Do I need the original 1 Layout plus 5 Branches or 1 plus 30 Branches? I'm determined to get this up and running tonight... |

This is a little hard to follow Brian; I'm going to send you an email about purchasing an implementation package so we can coach you through this.
