GoZync Reset

We have been finding that our iPad users must frequently reset GoZync in order to successfully sync their apps. The records that won't sync are always newly created and are either pushed or pulled (no round trips). Usually a table that has at least one record that won't sync will not transfer any newer records until the reset. What should I be looking for to find out what's wrong?
