Hello,
since upgrading to GoZync4, i only see the latest Zync Log of every Device. For an actual case i need to know, when the first Zync from a specific device happened. Is there any way to read the logs off all zyncs?
Sincerely yours,
Torsten

Hi Torsten. By default GoZync only keeps the log from each user's last sync. You would have to modify the scripting to keep a log history. Contact us at [email protected] for an estimate if you're interested in having us do that customization for you. -Jeff

Hi Jeff,
thank you for your reply. But now it is to late... We had collected some data with a mobile FM-Solution and synced (round trip) the records with our hosted solution. Then we deleted a few records on the hosted side, we didn´t needed them there. A few days later we started a new sync from the mobile device to update some data, and the records where deleted in the mobile file too. To restore the lost files from our Backup, we need to know on which day the first sync happened. |
Got it. GoZync's default behavior is to delete records on the mobile device that no longer exist on the server. Here's more info about how GoZync handles deletes:
