Hi all
I have been looking into using GoZync for a new solution I am working on.

Can anyone tell me how the framework deals with a iPad user creating a new record and then trying to sync with the server?

Hi Craig. If a new record is created in your FM Go file (on the iPad), and the iPad user syncs, GoZync will "push" that new record to the main FileMaker file on the server. In other words, a new record will be created on the server with all of the same values as the original record on the iPad, including the primary key. You can customize this behavior however you like, by specifying exactly which fields to sync, including fields with different names, and whatever custom data transformations your workflow requires.
