Hi support,

I have a strange issue with field level merge. I have both office based and field based users editing the same records in the same database. I have enabled field level merge on gozync hosted. If I make a change to a record on the office side, when a gozync user makes any change to the same record the iPad pushes the entire record back during a sync and any office made changes are then lost.

Any ideas what can cause this?

Thanks for reaching out regarding your GoZync solution. I'm not sure what would be causing the entire record to be overwritten with Field Level Merge on. It's likely that troubleshooting this will require taking a look into the files.
