button bars

As I suspected the new FMP 14 button bar is perfect companion for DayBack
I added my filter buttons to the navigation part at the top of the screen with great success (BTW in the video it says you need "Close = 0" when it is now #("Close" ; 0 )

The thing that will make this REALY useful is to have the 'time scale' exposed in some way to have buttons which could zoom out to the whole day and then back in to 5 or 10 minutes view. Can't see where that is at the moment.

Yea, I love your idea of using button bars for this. Unfortunately the time scale isn't exposed in a way that you can set it with a script without reseting *all* the calendar defaults (taking the user to the default view, default day, etc.) Another way to say this is that default settings are exposed to FileMaker but runtime settings are not. At least not yet.
