In Dayback v9.68, if I create a new event from the calendar, then ( before using Save & Close button ) use the gear icon to click View Event Record, I get an error trying to find the event ( screen shot below ) on the Event Detail screen, although the event gets created OK and is there if I go back to the calendar. Accessing View Event Record the second time works fine. Can you reproduce this?

Rick

Hi Rick,

Thanks so much for letting us know you've encountered this issue. We plan to correct this with the next build of DayBack, so a fix is coming. In the meantime, if you didn't want to have to close the event before running your custom action, here's an option to bypass this issue:

Edit the "Create Edit Delete Event..." script by adding the script step highlighted in the first attachment below. Then, add the highlighted script steps highlighted in the second screenshot to the top of your "Go To Event Record From WebViewer" script and other custom action scripts.

Let me know if this works for you, or if you have any other questions.

Thanks again,
