New Events button not working/greyed out

See the "New Events" button in the attached screenshot? I've got a user (one of many in a permissions group) that is suddenly unable to use the New Events button as it's greyed out. It was working fine until yesterday.

Anyone got any ideas as to WHY it's doing this? I've scoured the forums with no luck.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for the screenshot; that's a big help.

My guess is that the selected calendars are read-only; maybe try making an appointment in on your user uses frequently? I know this is a pretty customized deployment, so Gabi is sending you an email directly, and we'll troubleshoot this over email.
