Hi Guys,
I have used the Project for one part of our business, but now I am starting to add a second part of our business to the project. Because there are a lot of different fields used, I need to show them in a different list view, hence I need another set of "Project List" and "Project List Print".
I created a new Project Layout with a separate name for the second part of the business and also the new List and List Print layouts.
What I am struggling with is the navigation for the list and print list layouts and getting back to the correct Project layout by using the Form View, List View and Preview buttons.
I tried around with adding layout names to the existing scripts but got myself tangled up and can't seem to find a solution. Also I will need to add a third part of the business, so I will need another set of List layouts.
Ideally the solution should work without hard coding names in to a script. Please can you give me an idea on how I can solve this?
Thanking you in advance.
Regine

Hi Regine,
There's a bit involved with adding a new module to Complete and we have a four part video series going over all of the steps to make it happen here: https://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/index.p ... ingModules And we have some specific documentation on the script triggers in Complete: https://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/index.p ... ptTriggers And our docs here go over adding fields to the layout: https://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/index.p ... dingFields Since Complete was built with specific scripts for each module, you'll need to have those scripts for your new module to work the same way as the Projects module. We can help finish implementing this new module (and the 3rd one) for you as part of an implementation package. Packages can be used for consulting, coaching, or modifications like these and start at blocks of 3 hrs for $190/hr. When the time comes, you can use this link and, with a day or two notice, we can schedule some time to work with you: http://sites.fastspring.com/seedcode/pr ... onpackages Sincerely, KC |
