Recently made the switch to FM14 Pro Adv and receive error message "operation cannot be performed because one or more required related records are not available and cannot be created" when opening a note from Additional Notes module.

This error message is not triggered the first time a note is opened but every time thereafter. This behavior does not take place when using FM13 Pro Adv.

Any ideas why this would happen in FM14 but not FM13? And is there a fix for this.

Hi Ken. This is a bug that only started happening in FileMaker 14. The fix is to add the "Refresh Connector" subscript to the "Edit Contact Note [ NoteID ]" script, as Jason demonstrates in this video: http://screencast.com/t/LAv8beDb
