I've recently updated from Filemaker Pro 15 to Filemaker Pro Advanced 16, and ever since then DayBack refuses to allow me to access the Calendar layout in browse mode as I have reached my user limit of 1, however resetting the user count does nothing and I therefore have lost access to the ability to update DayBack through the account settings options.

Hi Sean,
FileMaker 16 introduced a new security option for the fmp:// url protocol that you'll need to enable in your files in order for DayBack to work. This includes the 'reset user count' button. You can find more info on this new security setting and instructions on applying the fix at this link: https://www.seedcode.com/filemaker-16-compatibility/ Let me know if that helps! Regards, KC |
