I have a deployment of Dayback for a few dozen users and one, in particular, is not able to see events displayed on the calendar or click on any buttons on the calendar layout. I believe this is boiled down to a browser setting or something with his particular machine. It's Windows, but I don't have the specs yet. Just thought I start this thread to see if there are any particular browser settings that would cause the calendar to be displayed, but with no data or ability to click buttons.
All other users in this deployment are fine.

Hi Jason,
There could be different reasons why only one user doesn't see the events on the Calendar. DayBack requires Internet Explorer 10+, so first you'll want to verify the browser version on the machine. Are you receiving any errors when first opening the file? If you're seeing an ActiveX/scripting warning when first opening the file, take a look at our troubleshooting docs for detail on how to address this: https://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/index.p ... iptWarning If that's not the case, take a look at this section of the troubleshooting docs to see if that resolves the issue: https://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/index.p ... g#NoEvents I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ana |

Thanks, Ana. I'm not seeing any specific errors. I'll take a look at all of this info and go from there.
I'll post back here when it gets resolved in case others have a similar issue. |
Sounds great Jason! Keep us updated!
