Uploading Files from the Web

Hi,

We are building an online application for employment and want Web users
to be able to upload resumes and cover letters (.doc or .rtf) directly
to our database.

How do you use XSLT to allow Web users to upload files to a container
field in a Filemaker database?

We are piloting Filemaker Server 7 Advanced and Filemaker Pro 8. We need the upload file functionality before we can justify purchasing the
software. I have been able to use XLST for all other functions we need,
but can't find any help for the upload file functionality.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that Stephen Knight of fmwebschool is the resident expert at uploading files using FileMaker web publishing, even has a movie of it.
