So trucking along and I really, really like the schedule layout, but the studio doesn't actually need to use it in terms of 'resources'.

What I was wondering if there was a way to convert it to the 'Daily View' layout (or a second, more detailed version of the daily view) instead of the resources?

I haven't started playing around with it yet...

but if i duplicated the layout, re-set it so that it contained fields from 'calendardaily' in layout setup...

then 're-pointed' the fields to link to the appropriate 'calendar daily' fields...

well, will that work? and/or will i need to 're point' any related scripts?

or is there a better option overall?

CORRECTION:

meant to be converted to more detailed WEEKLY view, not Daily.

(although a daily one might be interesting if it had the hours down the side also)

You were definitely on the right track, though. That is exactly how we made that week view.

hmmm, somewhere along the line, I've somehow lost the appts showing up in 'monthly' & 'fancy weekly' view.

They show up in daily view and in normal weekly view...

help!
