I have field, stock color, where sales people can select from 14 different stock colors. If the price the card as metallic (field: metallic card = Yes) how can the list of colors be reduced?

You're looking for something commonly called a "conditional value list", you can find a very nice description of this in FileMaker's built in help. Seach for "Value List" and read the entry titled "Example of a value list that includes only related field values".
