I replaced the header bar in the contact layout with one more of my liking, but it has left a screen artifact that shows up when the window elements autosize.
I'm not sure what has caused it or how it can be eliminated. Any ideas?
I'd include an image, but I'm not sure how to do that either.
Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris,
Our header was made of two pieces, only one of which was set to resize so we could have a gradient (not resizing) and still have it appear to resize (the right-most 1/2" of solid color is separate image that resizes). I imagine you a) accidentally left this right-most piece on the layout or b) didn't set your new image to resize. If a) drag-select the whole header to reveal elements you may have left there. If b) read up on resizing in FileMaker's built in help. Go to: Home > Designing and creating databases > Editing objects on layouts > Selecting and working with objects on a layout > Setting auto-resize options for layout objects (To include an image here, upload the image to your web server- or flicker- and paste a link into your message.) Hope that helps, John John Sindelar

Got it. The extendable piece in the navigation bar wasn't big enough for the size of my window. Stretched it out, sent to back, looking good.
