Hi All,

I have a table called postcodes with 4 feilds
IDPostcode
Postcode
Suburb
State

there are approx 9500 records imported from an excel file.

What I would like to do is for the user to click on a drop down box of the postcodes and when the user chooses a suburb, the postcode and state are auto entered into their particular field.

Can this be done in other tables using the same process?

Sure. That is simply a lookup provided there is a relationship from the suburb being entered to the suburb in your post codes database.
