we are still using the Sample Contact file with fmSpark. We I generate Labels for a large batch I get a bunch that have no data in them and the Names list on the right show 'No Name'. The amount of records matches the number of contacts.

Which Template are you using? The stock ones all seem to be ok here, but let me know and we'll get it figured out.

We have been using it for a long time and this only started to show up. It is the Contact Address w/ Image (5160) Layout

Is it possible that the field names or the table occurrence names changed? The "Merge" fields on the layouts are not dynamically connected to the schema, so would need to be updated if so. That's the only thing I can think of that would cause it to stop working if no other changes were made. I would check the fields names on the preview page (below) to make sure they're correct:
