Have you found any incompatibility issues with the Calendar and FM Runtime? I didn't see that particular question addressed while searching for "runtime."

Since you mentioned licensing, with the "Vertical Market license" if I distributed 10 of my "package" then the licensing cost per package to my users would be about $65? And 100 distributions would be about $6.50?

The vertical market license is a one time purchase for incorporating the calendar into a finished product that you're going to redistribute. How you want to price that with your customers is up to you.

It is intended for a finished product, not for custom work your doing for clients. Custom work would require that each customer purchase the Site License.
