I have problem with the event summary.
It does not span if the summary is more than one line (see the picture)
I like to show company name plus location as well on calendar (schedule or week).

I've experienced the same problem. It is a field size problem that shows up as the column & window gets smaller under the "Schedule" tab in my FM12 version.

You're right. This is a function of the window size, and with a bigger window--or the left hand side bar hidden--you can definitely see more. You can also use carriage returns in your zscEventSummaryCalc to make sure a customer's name, for example, starts on the second line.
The images below have a carriage return after the summary, as well as after the name and phone number. The first one shows the window enlarged, then at the stock size with the left hand side bar collapsed, and finally just at the stock size. The calendar definitely rewards a large monitor. Note that hovering over the summary field will get you a tool-tip of the entire summary even if you can't see the whole line. Hope that helps.

Thanks John for the tip. Manage to get few fields but if the field is too long, it will show only portion of it..sort of.
For hovering tip is good but I put it on a 32" TV as the display, so no one actually does any clicking or hovering. BTW how do I make the time scale font bigger ? It is a bit hard to see from 3 m away. |
Hi Hartono,
Here's a quick video I made to help you change the point size of the time-scale text: http://screencast.com/t/5Ew6BMpahD0G Jeff |

Thank you Jeff for your great support and great instructional video too.
I have changed it to 13 (lucky number) and because my eyesight is not as good as it used to be. It looks perfect...well almost because users will always come with new ideas on what they want even it is not really needed. |
Excellent! That's great to hear. I'm glad that helped.
